User-created content

You retain whatever rights you hold in custom foods, recipes, images, workout templates, profile details, and other content you submit. You authorize Spottly to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.

External food and exercise data

Food data may come from Open Food Facts or USDA FoodData Central and can be incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent. Exercise and anatomy information provides general guidance; an exercise may typically emphasize listed muscles without isolating them. Verify important information and use professional judgment.

Intellectual property

Spottly's software, branding, first-party exercise catalog, original anatomical graphics, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party data and assets remain subject to their respective rights and terms.

App availability and changes

Features may change, pause, or be discontinued. Spottly does not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of a particular provider record, or compatibility beyond announced supported devices.

Third-party services

Some features rely on third-party services or data sources that operate under their own terms and policies. Spottly is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

Termination

You may stop using Spottly and request account deletion. Access may be restricted for misuse or legal reasons.
