Account Deletion

A direct path for requesting deletion in Spottly, plus a support alternative when you cannot access the app.
Request deletion in the app
- Open Spottly and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings.
- Select Account & Security.
- Select Delete Account and review the confirmation.
- Confirm the request when you are ready.
Authentication required
Spottly requires an authenticated session and may require you to sign in again before accepting deletion. This helps prevent someone with temporary device access from deleting your account.
If the in-app flow is unavailable
Email contact@fjorostudios.com from the address associated with your Apple sign-in when possible. Use the subject “Account deletion request.” Support will provide a secure verification path; never send a password or session token by email.
Data affected
The deletion request applies to your Spottly account and user-owned data associated with it, including profile information, goals, food and meal records, custom foods and recipes, private uploaded images, workout records, templates, favorites, friend relationships, privacy choices, and active sessions.
Timing and retention exceptions
The service revokes active sessions and begins deletion after a verified request. No processing timeframe or recovery period is promised on this page because publication details have not been confirmed.

Data on your device
After account deletion, remove the Spottly app from devices you no longer use. Device backups and operating system behavior are controlled by Apple and your own backup settings.
